Energy Chaat

Ingredients

  • 200gm Soy chunks
  • 150 gms Cucumber cold
  • 150 gms Pomengerate white
  • 70 gms Coriander leaves
  • 25 gms Green chilies
  • 2 tbs lemon juice salt & pepper to taste
  • 7 7gms Chaat masala

Preparation

  1. Soak the soy chunks in water for about 15 mines.
  2. Chop coriander, onions, cucumber and green chilies keep it aside.
  3. Take mixing bowl put veggies, soy chunks, Salt & pepper and lemon juice.
  4. Toss all the ingredients together and serve chilled garnish with mint sprig.
