Tutti – Frutti Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup loose-pack mixed frozen berries or strawberries
  • ½ cup canned crushed pineapple in juice
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup sliced ripe banana
  • ½ cup orange

Preparation

Combine the berries, pineapple (with juice), yogurt, banana, and orange in a food processor fitted with the metal blade, in a blender, or in a large measuring cup with an immersion blender. Process for about 2 minutes, or until smooth.
