    Guava Kheer

    Ingredients

    • 1 big Ripe guava
    • 1 cup Toned Milk
    • ½ cup brown sugar
    • Cardamom (elaichi) powder
    • Almonds for garnishing.

    Preparation

    1. Pressure cook the guava. Remove the seeds. Sieve it through a strainer
    2. Add sugar and milk to the pulp and bring to a boil till the pulp properly dissolve in milk.
    3. After the sugar is dissolved, add cardamom powder and garnish with roasted almonds.
