Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chilled apple cubes(unpeeled)
- 1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
- 3 cups chilled low-fat milk
- 1 tbsp almonds
- 1/2 tbsp honey
Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth and frothy.
- Pour equal quantities of the milkshake in glasses and serve immediately.
