    Oats Apple Milkshake

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cups chilled apple cubes(unpeeled)
    • 1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
    • 3 cups chilled low-fat milk
    • 1 tbsp almonds
    • 1/2 tbsp honey

    Preparation

    1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth and frothy.
    2. Pour equal quantities of the milkshake in glasses and serve immediately.
