- 2 Cups Grated raw papaya
- 2 tsp Olive oil or low cal butter
- 1 tbsp Milk toned
- 2 tbsp skim milk powder
- 2 tsp stevia finely sliced
- 1-4 finely grated almonds
- Heat oil in non-stick, add grated papaya and saute for 5-6 minutes.
- Add boiled milk and cook till papaya is done .
- Add grated almonds, milk powder, stevia and cardamom powder and cook stirring continuously till the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.
- Remove from flame and serve warm.
